The Lista Robinson is Spain's national opt-out directory, managed by Adigital (Asociación Española de la Economía Digital) under the supervision of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). Under Article 23 of Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), entities sending commercial communications to individuals with whom they have no existing customer relationship are legally obligated to consult the Lista Robinson and exclude registered consumers. Registration is free for citizens and covers voice calls, SMS/MMS, electronic mail, and postal mail.
