If It Doesn't Work, We Refund
If the product fails to deliver what you paid for (payment taken but pass not unlocked, platforms selected but opt-out emails not generated, or any other technical failure), we'll refund you in full.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
OfflistMe (operated by TENX COLD EMAIL) provides digital services with instant access. Because opt-out emails are generated and delivered the moment you complete checkout, we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind after a successful unlock. What we do guarantee is that the product works. If it doesn't, we make it right.
You're entitled to a full refund if:
- Your payment was charged but your pass did not unlock.
- You selected platforms but the opt-out emails were not generated.
- The generated emails are broken, empty, or unusable due to a bug on our end.
- You were charged twice or a duplicate payment went through.
- Any other technical failure that prevented you from using what you paid for.
Report any of the above within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@offlist.me with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We reply within 24–48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Payment-failure and duplicate-charge cases are fixed immediately, even beyond 14 days.
What isn't covered:
- Broker non-response. OfflistMe generates the legal opt-out request; actual deletion depends on the broker complying with CCPA / GDPR / state law. No service can guarantee a broker's response, and this is not a basis for a refund.
- Change of mind after successful unlock. Once your pass is unlocked and emails are generated, the digital service has been delivered.
- Chargebacks filed before contacting support. Email us first. We'll almost always sort it out faster than your bank can.
