Because opt-out emails are generated and delivered the moment you complete checkout, we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind after a successful unlock. What we do guarantee is that the product works. If it doesn't, we make it right.
Report any of the above within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@offlist.me with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We reply within 24–48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Payment-failure and duplicate-charge cases are fixed immediately, even beyond 14 days.
