What Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. knows about you, and why removal matters
Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. is required to register annually with the California Privacy Protection Agency under the state's data broker law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.99.80). Registration is a legal acknowledgment that the company knowingly collects and sells or licenses personal information about California residents with whom it has no direct relationship. That same status is what gives you clear standing to demand deletion: a registered broker cannot claim it has no record of you simply because you have never been its customer.
Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. also disclosed that, in 2024, it shared or sold consumer data to the U.S. federal government, and other state governments. Every downstream recipient is another copy of your information outside your control, which is the practical reason to remove yourself at the source rather than chasing each buyer individually. Deleting your record at Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. cuts off the supply before it propagates further.
Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc.'s 2024 disclosure reports 15 deletion requests, of which it complied with 0 (0%) in full. Its median response time was a relatively quick 9 days, well inside the 45-day legal deadline.
The fastest route is Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc.'s dedicated privacy-request portal, where you can submit a deletion request directly. If the form is slow, broken, or asks for more identification than you are comfortable providing, you can fall back to a written request to privacy@leidos.com citing your CCPA deletion right. OfflistMe can pre-fill that email for you so the legal citation and required details are already in place: you review it and send it from your own inbox.
Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc.'s own registry note
Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. (LDSI) provides IT and digital engagement solutions for elected officials and government offices across the U.S. LDSI registers annually as a data broker in California because LDSI facilitates the purchase of voter data by our customers from third-party data provider, L2. Specifically, when a customer requests to purchase voter data through our services, LDSI passes that request to L2, who in turn delivers the data directly to the customer. Accordingly, LDSI does not itself have access to such information. LDSI’s registration statistics reflect “zero” for complying “in whole” with consumer requests, because when a consumer makes a request, LDSI,not having access to their personal information, refers the request to L2 who fulfills the request.
