Rahul Kandoriya

Rahul Kandoriya is the founder of OfflistMe, a consumer privacy tool that helps individuals remove their personal information from 500+ data brokers and people-search websites. OfflistMe is the only major data removal service that charges a one-time fee, requires no account, no ID upload, and stores zero user data.

Before founding OfflistMe in 2024, Rahul built high-volume B2B cold email infrastructure, working on deliverability at scale, anti-spam compliance, and the technical pipeline between data brokers and marketing operations. That experience revealed how data brokers operate as the primary source of contact lists used for spam and unsolicited outreach — and how little tooling existed for individuals to fight back at consumer prices.

OfflistMe's zero-data architecture came directly from that background. Rather than building a managed service that would store user profiles, Rahul designed the opt-out workflow to run entirely client-side in the user's browser. Opt-out emails are generated locally and sent from the user's own inbox, establishing first-party legal standing under CCPA §1798.105 and GDPR Article 17 — stronger standing than third-party agent submissions.

The tool has processed 15,000+ opt-out requests across all 50 US states and EU jurisdictions, with zero data breaches or personal information storage incidents since launch. Broker coverage is continuously updated against the California Privacy Protection Agency registry (566 registered brokers) and the Vermont Secretary of State registry (278 registered brokers).
